Private Event and Workshop Catering

I do off and on site catering and would love to contribute to making your event a healing experience on all levels.

With a focus on organic nutrition for the body, mind, and spirit, as well as using seasonal and local ingredients, my cooking naturally accommodates all types of eaters. Meals can easily be made gluten and refined sugar free, as well as vegan or dairy free.

What it includes:

-time quotes include all shopping, prepping, set up if things are on on site, cooking, serving and clean up. If it’s on location and I am staying there, quotes include my time and any additional availability to guests you may want as part of your retreat, such as an nutrition class or individual consultations if applicable.

-food cost includes all food and materials for the meals including if any equipment needs to be rented or sourced.

Let’s Talk

  • Private catering starts by giving me all the information about what you’re looking for such as dates, what the event is, how many people, and how many + what type of meals are involved, and if you have a food or catering budget in mind. I’d love to set up a zoom meeting to meet and chat and see if it’s a good fit.

Pricing

  • After I have details for your event I’ll put together a custom quote that I’ll send to you by email or share on a follow up call.

Travel

  • If there is travel involved, that will be an additional fee that would include necessities like air travel or driving, rental car if applicable, and hotels or places to stay with a kitchen if not provided on site.

Payment

  • Air travel costs, rental cars, or renting places to stay will be taken care of upfront or through your company or organization.

  • Payment for my time and reimbursement for food cost will happen before the retreat or event concludes.

  • If the quote is formulated per person, payment will be upfront before the event begins.

  • My food is naturally gluten and refined sugar free and is easily vegan or dairy free. And if you choose there can always be a meat and vegetarian option. We can make general parameters before your event for the whole group. I don’t accommodate individual restrictions such as this person can’t eat almonds and this one can’t have peppers, but I always put animal and dairy products on the side and provide alternatives such as raita made with coconut yogurt in addition to cow yogurt.

  • I will travel anywhere you want to take me as long as our agreements about my travel being covered and supported are aligned.

  • I’ve done private cooking for families and individuals as well as catering for workshops, retreats and group cleanses for 9 years.

  • Yes I use all organic ingredients, including animal products, and use local options such as farmers markets when I can. This adds cost not only to my time but to the food as it is significantly more expensive these days. I also believe it translates into better food on all levels.

  • Yes if it is for a whole group.
