Our food and nutrition is about so much more than what goes on our plate. It’s about our beliefs around self nourishment, what we learned as children, and what we internalized as we grew up. There is no one size fits all when it comes to a positive nourishing way of eating.

After a decade working in the field of nutrition and wellness, I take a fully holistic approach. I’m looking at you as a whole person in the context of your life. Supporting your body & hormones through nutrition can work for your lifestyle, your preferences, and your time and budget.

The deep dive

One 75 minute comprehensive intake session + in-depth nutrition program package with tools to help you move forward

The Deep Dive Sessions are designed to give you a new path of nutrition & wellness in one intensive intake session. This is for the individual wanting to start a new path with their nutrition health or refine and optimize where they already are. Receive an in-depth holistic nutrition program that includes nutritional practice recommendations, lifestyle and day to day practices that make healthy eating easy and simple, meal and recipes ideas, and shopping lists.

Please understand that if you have more severe digestive issues, struggle to make changes to your diet and lifestyle, have a history of disordered eating or an eating disorder, are new to holistic nutrition or are wanting significant support to transform your way of eating and relationship with food, this will give you a very good start with a program and recommendations, and the 3 & 6 session package may be more effective for your healing.

Three session package

This three session option is for someone wanting to make deeper shifts in their way of eating to help with digestive health, hormone balance, skin health, and energy. This is designed to give you ongoing support you to create a more healthy relationship with food and self nourishment.

This is the deep dive for people who are ready to really shift their nutrition and lifestyle around food and self nourishment. This is for you if you want to make significant changes to diet, nutrition, hormone balance, blood sugar health, skin health, your lifestyle, and your relationship with your body and self.

Sessions are spaced 2-3 weeks apart.



Initial Sessions

  • initial sessions are 1 hour and 15 minutes and are where we will take a deep dive.

  • based on a comprehensive intake form, we’ll go over your health history, your current diet and relationship to food, your current state of health including how your menstrual cycle & digestive health is. I’ll ask you a lot of questions and you will have a space to ask any questions and share what is on your mind and heart going into this process.

After Each Session

  • you’ll receive a detailed pdf by email that will include:

  • nutritional recommendations, supplement recommendations if applicable, meal ideas, recipes, shopping lists, recommendations for self-care, lifestyle, and emotional & spiritual healing practices.



In Between Contact

  • we will email, text, and send voice notes on Whatsapp in between sessions. This is based on what is best for you and your process and is an element we will create together.

  • this is for any questions, challenges and successes that come up in between sessions.

Follow up Sessions

  • follow up sessions are one hour.

  • this is where we check in, refine the process and program, work through any blocks or challenges and talk about all the things

  • Anyone who wants to understand how to eat in a way that better supports their individual health and constitution. Although I primarily work with nutrition for women, men who are wanting to eat healthier and increase their nutritional health are welcome as well.

  • We will work on whatever presents itself as the underlying causes or contributors to what you are experiencing as well as tangible ways to apply changes in daily life. This can be nutritional deficiencies, blood sugar issues, changing eating habits, adrenal health & sleep practices, emotional components, family dynamics with food or the way food was handled when you were growing up, your relationship to yourself and your body, how to tweak your schedule…it’s a long list.

  • Our first session is an hour and 15 minutes and is where we get to know each other more. We will go over things in your intake form that stand out, I will ask lots of questions to understand your history ( what you choose to share), and where you are now in this moment. We will talk about your goals and create a plan for how to get there.

  • I never want finances to come in the way of someone getting care and I also have to take care of myself. I do not offer a sliding scale but will offer you an option to pay for your package in one or two installments, with the last installment paid within 24 hours of our last session.

  • Yes. Everything we talk about is confidential between us.

  • Yes and yes. I have been working in and facilitating healing workshops with plant medicine for the last decade, working with many participants across the healing and trauma spectrum who have experienced different types of trauma and are coming for healing. I study transformational energy healing, and anything you have been through or experienced in something we can talk about and hold a space for.
